We have a team-based approach to projects - we believe that to mobilise resources and exercise leadership we have to learn to work together.
Our programs are NOT INDIVIDUAL INTERNSHIPS.
We provide ooportunities to work on structured projects where there are clear deliverables and measurable outcomes.
Our programs offer a combination of learning by doing and leadership training. We provide the opportunity for volunteers to meet and exchange ideas with our NGO and private sector partners.
